SpinFX at Easter was excellent fun again, and lots of new friends found
and fun had by all. Russell and Jason both on their heads with under 150
jumps was great to see, and both Whitey and Nutsy achieved their freefly
crest. When Ashley and Kim flew in in VH-KAY, we enjoyed some great
formation loads, and saw some nice skills from all the star cresters,
including Kimbo, Miss Kim, Katie, Jason, Russell, Gary and Vanessa.
Vanessa finally got George into the air after seven years of persuasion,
and BLOKE! It was "Tandems today, swoops tomorrow!". Daily beach jumps
were at Point Samson Beach, but the best jump of all was onto Delambre
Island, the fish shaped island we see as we climb to height every load
and have been waiting to jump onto for so long. It was a beautiful and
awesome experience, and now we just want to go again! We finally jumped
THE FISH! The rest of the afternoon deteriorated into party night, where
the toga clad group produced some memorable moments. We'll be aiming for
a bigger and better turbine powered 2007 SpinFX. Book your hols now!
